Well you are right, Its kinda over but not really over yet.
Its only a draft what the management is proposing. I am still waiting for the result of the court hearing from oct 2, if the judge rejects the motion then I would say its prettymuch over. But if we get the commitie appointed then I guess we would have a real good chance of getting something back.
