No change of subject at all. Read the OT and find the reason why God wiped out most of humanity. I find it odd that you can so readily dismiss the biblical methods of justice in favor of todays perverted mockery of justice in which Wall St., sex offenders and other assorted scum run free to society's detriment. I think a little dose of fire and brimstone falling on Congress would do wonders in this country. As for not participating, aren't attorneys "officers of the court" much like a CPA is really just an IRS flunky? "officer of the court n. any person who has an obligation to promote justice and effective operation of the judicial system, including judges, the attorneys who appear in court, bailiffs, clerks, and other personnel. As officers of the court lawyers have an absolute ethical duty to tell judges the truth, including avoiding dishonesty or evasion about reasons the attorney or his/her client is not appearing, the location of documents and other matters related to conduct of the courts."
