You need to re-take Logic 101.

I don't defend or prosecute criminals, so this is not my expertise. But perhaps you should consider the root of the rights that you seem to think are worthless. There is an old adage: "better to let ten guilty men go free than to hang one innocent one."

In your your system of justice, you seem to believe the opposite: "kill 'em all and let god sort 'em out." We could rename it the "Skeeter Bug principle." That works pretty well if you are not the innocent one being killed, but pretty much sucks if you are.

btw, I NEVER said I was in favor of "todays perverted mockery of justice in which Wall St., sex offenders and other assorted scum run free to society's detriment." Twice you have tried to hang that on me, but those are entirely your words, which you just made up to suit your changing the subject.

Similarly, merely because I am an officer of the court and have ethical duties to the court, does not mean that I "participate" in the criminal justice system. I only have ethical duties regarding the cases I handle, not the criminal cases handled by others.

Your attempt to create a bunch of unrelated dots and then draw connections between them is not working.
