The wars will cost a fraction of "Obamacare" over time its not even a small fraction but a tiny one, since wars are finite and new government entitlement programs can last indefinitely. Tax cuts can also last indefinitely, but they are easier to cancel if we need to, and more importantly lower taxes are not a cost in the way entitlements or wars are.
