It certainly would not look good on management if they come to court on bended knee begging for Gov't financing, while their books demonstrate a cut-back in sales expenses. While the impressive decline in sales might increase - the judge isn't stupid - every company needs to maintain a standard in sales presence. If Allen-Vanguard expects the public to understand why they cut down their sales force, we shareholders will be raising a ruckus.
