Ga Bard, From talking to the PR company, it sounds like they have been talking to people about the stock for a few weeks.

I bought some shares today after going through their 10-Q. But my purchase was not any of those you mentioned. :-) I don't know where those came from.

I started the thread because I couldn't find one on DFNL. And "thanks" to everyone for contributing because I've already learned several things from the posts.

I'm pleased with what I've found out so far. I think this stock has been overlooked. Why? I don't know. But the basics look good to me.

Certainly, the film library is VERY important. That's the biggest asset. But I also like what they are doing with the W3D.NET joint venture. And they are supposed to have made a profit in the 3Q and expecting a larger profit in the 4Q according to the PR firm.

The small Total Shares Outstanding is also very attractive to me.

I suspect they might use more shares for acquisitions or mergers, because they are certainly active in that area. But as long as the accretion improves profits exponentially, I like it!

There are other good things about this I like as well, but I'll try to keep this brief for now.

To ALL, please don't just jump in until you've checked it out to your own comfort level.

Best wishes,
Brad
