Nothing's too simple. Probably six million shares were sold to get their investment back. Looks like they priced it for us. Hey, if folks on wall street were smart they would be out selling used cars. At least you can drive a car around; or live in it. All you can do with stock certificates is light cigars. Nope, they need to sell all those nasty DGN shares. Get it down to cash value, and then you and I can take it private. Sell 'em, sell 'em all. Brad ZELNiiCK
