just in in-tray player 1: fyi - huge volumes in Dec GOLD futures done around 5:50pm HKT....3165 contracts dealt between 1027 to 1029 player 2: So are we going to see capitulation at some point by the bullion banks? Did one just capitulate today given player 1's info? Just curious as if one of these banks shows less than expected profits since most analysts probably don't count on factoring in their net gold exposure... Fascinating. Looks like faith in the US Dollar is dropping rapidly.....and the Obama Administration is either oblivious or purposefully neglectful.... player 1: player 1, this 3100-odd contracts are probably just the tip of the iceberg.....the shorts that have been built up over the past 3 decades are so so so large that enron off-balance sheet gimmicks may look picnic ! this trade done today at 5:48pm HKT seemed to be a initial testing water sort of thing in my view......spot (cash) mkt seemed stunned for the next several minutes as all offers got taken and others pulled out/vanished ! btw : was not sure if others like this sort of info, so email reply to you only....and have added Jay as well Jay: player 1, thank you much for the consideration. i genuflex then bow down, turn round and round and intone, "all hail mighty gold, lead us onto glory". it is not that my faith requires healing every so often, but that i just sleep easier and have better sex when my faith is validated, the more often the better, for one cannot likely have too much restful sleep and too much invigorating sex. imo, all on the blog appreciate your wisdom. cheers, jay
