Lawyers representing Obama in the case claim "no single federal district court has the power to declare that a sitting president is not fit or qualified to occupy the office, and is, therefore, not a legitimate president." Instead of just presenting the facts to make it go away, they answer the judge like this. Seems like they are worried to me. I also dismiss any argument that says no other President's were made to provide birth certificates in the past. Totally irrelevant and about as stupid a defense in a case like this that I could imagine. The people trying deflect this off appear more shrill and stupid than those simply requesting information to verify the man's citizenship status. The delusional are the anti-birthers. Like I have been saying, Obama has not confirmed his citizenship status. Fact. Seems like I have a judge that agrees.
