With regard to the Siskinds announcement. I would think that it would be positive for shareholders and they will at least announce further investigation is warranted.

VRS management does get something out of this deal -- their jobs. If they would have looked for a white knight then they would have most likely been out of work after the sale. Management had a vested interest to get the deal done like this and our courts should not allow this to proceed.
