Excellent = that's 1 Nobel Prize [presumably for something better than a Peace Prize for Yasser Arafat or one for Al Gore].

I have been bullish on China always [due to my mother's influence in the early days, along with neighbours]. 25 years ago I was advocating BP Oil to establish science and R&D there to make use of swarms of super talented women who were stuck with growing rice. I have always been in favour of Qualcomm doing the same.
