Have to admit I am as confused as the President about the mission objective. The people seem to like life 14th century style. They don't like the Taliban, but in most cases they don't even like the people a few miles over. There is no way to ameliorate hundreds of years of tribal hatred. Is it worth our sons spilling their blood? Letting the bad guys back into the country would make them an easier target. What is going on now is BS. I'm not schooled in war fighting so I will shut up. I'm just sick of Americans dying without purpose. Just trying to understand the point or objective.
