You can "guess" anything that you want to shorty.... (But if you were to ask me for the main reasons "companies 'leave' the US" I would venture to say that there are probably two main reasons: 1) legitimately to address larger global markets of consumers and, 2) not-so-legitimately... because we have actually inserted harmful and counter-productive provisions into our tax codes which actually encourage, and provide financial benefits to companies who wish to 'shelter' or otherwise hide their income....)
