most hamburger dishes folks can't tell the difference. I also debone and am very careful about getting rid of the blue skin and fat and sinew. Pure hunk of meat left that has had even so called haters of venison admit it was good. Little butterfly steaks with mushrooms and onion for breakfast with some scrambled eggs. Mmmmm. Or venison stroganoff. And of course Jeff's world famous venison chili:)
