LWLG should have spelled that out as this is perceived as bad news, like a rock ------------------------ Don't sell the news now. Completion of the modulator could come at ANYTIME in October. JM did not say at the end of October - he said further into October. You can't time this thing. I say we go up from here. Very Big news- 41% better than previously tested material and 3 year old material maitains high level of stability and no loss of r33 performance. "we felt the need to finish the above discussed testing which has pushed the expected completion of the modulator further into October." JM GATES.
