I just read in bicycling magazine about as juice drink which acts as a great anti inflammatory if consumed after a training ride. Dang if I forget it tho... cranberry I think? It's in the latest issue. I'll have to check again. The results were dramatic. I also have found significant improvement if I use K-T Tape (applied by my PT but my wife could learn how to stick it on as well). I'd rather than not be a long term solution, but as my PT said, I could use it for the big rides. It will make me feel like an Olympic athlete, too <g>
