Unless Teleprompter Jesus is willing to rescind his order that no artillery or air support can be used if there is even a remote threat of civilian casualties we need to get the F out of there. Our guys are defenseless and calling in artillery that never comes because the SOB's use civilians for shields. As Lindy says our Marines are pop up targets. I have a novel idea. It's taken from the way we won WWII, the last war or conflict we've ever won. Kill them all and let God sort them out. Artillery comes from a village, wipe out the whole village leaving not even a field mouse alive and move on to the next village. They stage at or in a Mosque, turn it and them into rubble. Soon civilians learn that being anywhere near the Taliban is very unhealthy and they begin pointing out where they are to save themselves. You kill enough people until they throw the Taliban out themselves. Brutal, yes. It is in fact how WWII was won. You don't think firebombing Dresden for instance wasn't to get the civilians sick of war? We've played pattycake ever since and we've won nothing since then. Some say we won in Iraq. I say the jury is still out on that.
