To all concerned..... I have reason to believe that the audits are near finished and the form 10 (to list on the AMEX) is imminent. I hope this helps the languishing stock price. I, for one, am looking to buy more as I believe the company will release a slew of strong new code conversion contracts to coincide with the listing. Luck to all..
