Reasoning for the exacerbation of the decline......Poor support from the two lead investment bankers....Adams Harkness and Dain Bosworth, especially Dain. These idiots are lidding the stock with their constant selling hammers and are unending in their offering stock (no doubt, the greenshoe stock). They have provided little exposure to the institutional investor segment and not told the story to many buyers. I vocalized my discontent to Randy Buness, the CFO
10 days ago and he wasn't overly concerned. He felt that these firms were the best that the company could get. I hope he's learned the lesson that these firms have taught.....they are weak, undercapitalized nincompoops who couldn't trade themselves out of a paper bag.
This is a great story stock with very little exposure to the recent
Asian weakness. This is one of the babies being thrown out with the bath water. Their core business is growing rapidly and they are well postioned to profit enormously going forward. I just wish they were in better hands.
