LondonGuy, thanks for the nice comment.

As I've noted before, it is no longer clear cut what will happen with prices (like it was a few years ago). Prices will fall further in the high end bubble areas - that is obvious.

But the low end might have bottomed in many areas (as I noted at the end of last year). However, it is hard to tell because of all the distortions right now.
