Brad, I am interested in buying this stock but have some questions.

1) In your initial post, you mentioned that DFNL "Had losses in 1Q and 2Q of 97, but expect small profit in 3Q and Larger profit in 4Q." and
"Expecting to be at about $1 Million in revenue PER MONTH beginning Nov or Dec 97. That's $12 Million annually!". I understand that you
got this information from the PR firm. Is this information verified through any other source ?

2)In their 10/23 Press Release, DFNL claim that "This arrangement could generate approximately $20,000,000 in gross sales with a net profit in excess of $3,500,000." I wonder what makes them feel so confident to make such a claim. They must know that if they can't generate "net profit in excess of $3,500,000" and the stock price
goes down, they could face a class action law suit from share
holders.
