The European Commission is an executive body that upholds and enforces the European Union. They were formed by treaty and can create and enforce laws. They also have their own court system, the European Court of Justice (ECJ) (officially the Court of Justice of the European Communities). It is tasked with interpreting EU law and ensuring its equal application across all EU member states. Good luck Intel.
