I think O!'s prize was designed, in part, to keep him in check with respect to Afghanistan and Iran.

Past winners include such peaceful creatures as Le Duc Tho, Henry the K, Yassir Arafat...

Given the achievements of past winners, there ought to be a Nobel Prize for War and Terrorism.
