Thanks to kidl and beaver for all their hard work in getting this CA going. It may be many years before or if we see money but the important thing is that AV management will have something to think about. This could have all been avoid had they offered .30-.40/share. We would have still been upset but it would have probably got through a vote. This company is still worth much more than they are leading us to believe and they won't be able to steal it from the shareholders.
