Buddy, it seems like you're trying to correct one theoretical experiment that WAS carried out with another hypothetcical experiment that will NEVER be carried out. NOBODY is gonna "redraw" the lines that were established 60 years or more ago. Pakistan nor Afghanistan is going to give up territory so the Pashtuns can all get back together. It seems like the BEST alternative would be to offer the Pashtuns a "homeland" in Afghanistan with more productive pursuits available than "killing outsiders".
