One more way to access Atacama,s value.Currently it is trading at $1.57 or a market cap of $80,000,000 subtract $30,000,000 cash and pre development expenses such as water resources,engineering,bankable feasibility etc.of $10million and the market is assigning a value on the caliche ore deposit of $40million which is projected to generate cash flow in excess of $1billion dollars over a twenty year period.This suggest a serious undervaluation.I am puzzled as to why it is taking so long to negotiate financing?
Kap Resources which has annual production of iodine at a level 85%less than Atacama projections has a current market cap of $170 million.
