Nonsense. Bush's rhetoric was always empty. Not the saber rattling against NK and Iran. What did he actually do for all the hot air? Nothing. Obama has a much better track record in that respect. Albeit his follow through hasn't been much, but he has only been in office a short time.

I don't remember fraud allegations during the 2004 election. Can you provide links? Besides, the polls started to trend his way immediately upon the ill-advised remarks by Bush. Granted, it isn't a slam-dunk, but such things never are 100% certain. Based on the cause and effect, you'd have to be blindly partisan to assume anything else.
