As for the upgrade on 10/28, yes I do have (from DJ off Investor Insight) an upgrade from Sands & Company??? Personally I view this upgrade as a feeble attempt to temporarily boost the stock price while Mr. Sands and his sons dump their shares. BTW, I recently went short GTW...IMO the valuation is too high for a company with deteriorating fundamentals (read CPQ and DELL eating their lunch). Good luck and happy trading, Neil.
