There are certainly many a list of inappropriate idiots who have done far more in the name and spirit of peace than Obama.

There is even a list of people who are appropriate nominees for the award.

Staging this award has now ended any sense of dignity for the Nobel Committee. I have little doubt it was all bought and paid for by George Soros, but it really doesn't matter who paid for it, it is the fact that it can be bought that renders it meaningless.

It is doubtful he was even in office at the time the nomination was made and if so only for 12 days.

This reminds me eerily of John Kerry and his phony awards etc. Only this one totally eclipses Kerry.

People have lost there grasp of reason and language and are now subject to symbols flashing before them. A shot of lab coated people on the Whitehouse lawn conveys only that they approve of whatever health plan that isn't yet complete is a good one. It doesn't for some reason cause the general public to stop and think: "Who are these people, how does Obama know of them, are they campaign donors or will they be getting big jobs in the huge new government agency".

One thing about the award is that it is like a splinter in the eye of those people who have done good work. Perhaps one day the MSM will start asking the easy questions. Yes, the easy questions. They haven't even done that yet. However, when they do, the damn will break and Obama's popularity will rush to greater lows as his words leave a bad taste in the mouths of many.
