I have been following this board since the demise of the Stockhouse board. While, I am a small investor (30k shares) and was not going to bother registering them with Siskinds, after reading the posts on this board decided I should make the effort. I do not expect to receive anything from a class action; however like so may other posters I feel that the posture Allen Vanguard took to bypass shareholders is unprecedented and needs to be blocked. Success for me will be the courts recognizing this as a fundamental violation of shareholders rights and setting aside the agreement. If the courts recognize Allen Vanguards actions as legitimate then all stocks are at risk.
