The term limits issue like many is complex. Perhaps the impact of no term limits is seen best in Congress. The Dems that survived the years of a Republican majority are from the very safe districts - the left of the left.

Hence, upon return to majority status the Dems bring committee chairs who are the left of the left.

Are Nancy and Charlie the true face of the Democratic population?
