As I pointed out to you multiple times, the "rattling of swords" began AFTER DPRK's violation of AF had been underway for years.

They were well into their violations long before GWB took office.

So what did the tough talk result in?

A functional nuclear weapon.

The tough talk did NOT result in a functional nuclear weapon. The idiotic policy of appeasement under Bill Clinton is what gave them the nuke.

I thought you had admitted as much. You can't blame GWB for things that happened under Clinton.

Did the saber rattling make it worse? Of course not. The very most you can say is that it didn't improve the situation.
