Well, if we wanted to significantly reduce CO2 emissions right now it could be done by maximizing NG utilization and shutting down coal fired units. This could be done today as the capacity is in place. NG transportation vehicles are not in place.

This would screw a lot of coal contracts - such would have to be compensated - assuming contract law means anything anymore.
