I sent back the following (edited) reply to Nicholas Baker at
Siskinds. I took the liberty of suggesting he speak
to you Kidl and Beaverfever. I am still intent on
recontacting the RCMP Commercial Crime section and obtaining
a file number that everyone can refer to. Once obtained, I will post.

Dear Mr. Baker:
Thank you very much for taking this case seriously. Outside interested parties, not associated with Allen Vanguard will be watching this case closely. Should VRS be allowed to treat their stockholders as they so wished, it will eventually lead to other companies committing the same acts upon their
stockholders. In the end no one would have confidence in the stock market, and eventually would not invest.

I would hope you would try to contact (on our Bulletin Board at Silicon Investor) two individuals that have an enormous amount of information and research on Allen Vanguard and may better be able to assist you. I do not know them by name, however, one uses the name KIDL and the other uses the name BEAVERFEVER. Please do not let their pseudonyms fool you.
They know what they are talking about and are prepared to attend court once a date has been set. Others on the board have asked some very key questions that may also be useful to your case.

I wish you much success in bringing about a favourable decision for the VRS stockholders.
