Q3 Order Backlog questions remain unanswered by Allen-Vanguard.

I produced a chart based on the Order Backlog as reported in Q2 2008, Q2 2009. Order backlog is showing a very impressive increase in all products demand since the previous years’ data.

Maybe I missed it, is anybody able to find Q3/09 Order Backlog reported anywhere by Allen-Vanguard?

Unable to locate any Q3 2009 Order Book data, I produced a Q3 2009 projection based on the Q2 2008 to Q2 2009 data. Since no indication of change, I replicated the same growth rate to project Q3 2009 Order Book data:

The Q3 2009 Order Backlog projects at 109 Million, almost $1.00 per share. Possibly VERSA have access to additional funds that would pay shareholders based on this valuation?

Since they missed reporting this Order Book data, the court will likely appoint independent auditors to validate that they didn’t forget to report anything else.

Can anyone Corporate accounting knowledge indicate what the Order Backlog evaluation process would be for an acquisition?
