And another NOTE TO ALL: I may be getting on your nerves with these "notes to all" but they result from various conversations and are important IF we want to succeed. If you talk / email media/government/whoever, stress the following points: - This isn't just about VRS but VRS's (novel) approach to circumventing "normal" insolvency proceedings sets a dangerous precident for ALL Canadian public companies. - Stress the questionable EDC involvement (taxpayers' money)which beaverfever and others outlined in great detail on this forum. - Stress the RBC and co-lenders involvement as they seem to be willing to lend more money to the new company than they lent to the old one. - Get registered with Siskinds (see header). It makes a HUGE difference no matter how much or little you lost. Here is a little secret which I think (I hope) I am allowed to reveal: Siskinds never had as much feedback in such a short period of time as they had with this action. We are doing something right. Let's keep it up!
