making the guilty pay will never happen under this administration (or any other), until the Wall Street investment houses/banks and big international corporations are torn down. They've already killed the increased tax on international corporations after a bunch of their CEOs "went to Washington" to whine and complain. Make Wall Street pay? Forget it. This country as we all SHOULD know is OWNED by (primarily) big Wall Street banks and (primarily) big international corporations. The latter took the jobs out of the US, the former lent them the money to help do it.
