Gist of it: - Versa privatization contemplation is currently the focus of investigative efforts and is a work in progress. - current class-action is about the value of Med-Eng; that is, the value that was disclosed at the time of acquisition in 2007 and the present value. - the $80 mil class action value is preliminary at this point and once the Versa privatization contemplation is included, the value of the suit "may grow considerably", although he (Lascaris) did not want to put a figure on it.
