Interesting that the lawyers are going back to question the original valuation of Med-Eng when it was acquired. Since the Versa deal was announced, I have heard rumblings that this whole thing, beginning with the original acquisition of Med-Eng, was based on 'suspect' asset valuations (i.e future revenues).

Perhaps the only way that Versa would go in for the deal was if the acquired assets were written down to a valuation that was more in line with what they should have been at the time of the original deal.
