against the Company and certain of its present and former officers and directors. The Company believes this action is without merit.
What a "novel" response. Right out of the legal dictionary. Just watch just how much merit there is! Company policy prohibits further comment on ongoing litigation.
The lawsuit does not alter the course of the previously announced recapitalization transaction.
In your dreams. We just pretty well killed the deal as Versa will inherit this potential litigation liability if this deal closes which is highly unlikely under the current terms!
