Notice to the players My very personal (well, maybe not so personal) offer to VRS and Versa ... Ya want this deal? Here is how it will work: - 50 cents per share and not a penny less. Could have had it for 28 cents but ya got greedy. 50 cents because now Siskinds wants their share. A slight premium to (some) shareholders for all the work they did and 20% to Siskinds would be fair imo. - No class action, no useless court hearing and no more negative press which is coming big time. Take it or leave it. Alternative ... This thing will go through the proper proceedings and there will be little value left for employees, suppliers, the company and its customers as it gets taken apart by a receiver. I am not "kidding"
