Ecolab Expands UK Pest Elimination Business finance.yahoo.com Wednesday October 14, 2009 ST. PAUL, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ecolab Inc. announced today that it has acquired the ISS pest elimination business in the UK. Sales of the acquired business are currently £4 million (approximately $6 million). The business operations and staff will be integrated with Ecolab's existing UK Pest Elimination business.
