Ooooops, I better back off a little, eh? Lots of people here with a lot more $$$ riding on this than me. Ya all, feel free to jump in. So far we have a "quiet" majority as in likely 300 lurkers and maybe a dozen active posters. No good! I am simply afraid that this will become a "2 level" class action favoring the people who dished out $9.50 based on the Med Eng deal by taking part of the financing. As a "common shareholder" I have no desire to help out the "big money". They can fight for themselves. I am just about ready to pull my support (not that it matters) on the Siskinds action and take it to another law firm in waiting. I want us "little" guys to have a voice. This is not about institutional investors who threw money at this thing at $9.50. This is about the "little guys" who followed the "big guys" in good faith and based on "great" research reports. End of rant. Ya folks take it to what you see fit
