You mean the politically appointed law enforcement agency composed of bureaucrats that conducts the investigation, suppresses evidence, prosecutes the case, renders judgment and passes sentence? All without answering to anyone? That one?

Re: "suppresses evidence": Completely Intel's speculation re: the content of unspecified documents and the EC's meeting with the Dell executive. The latter, even if he said what Intel speculates about, would be contradicted by an abundance of other information including email records.

(Speaking of email records, can't wait to see how Intel's email retention issues (that extend right up through to the Sr. Executive level) play out in the US case.)

Re: "All without answering to anyone": What do you think the appeal process is? What do you think the consequences will be if/when the EC's decision is reversed?
