The more the merrier. But there is a need for eugenics to improve the quality of the people.

Women have been working on the quality for a long time, but the process is slow. Genetic engineering would be better or at least better zygote selection processes starting at mate selection.

If you think there are too many people, you could do the decent thing. When people say there are too many people, they mean the other people.
