Thanks for your input. I looked into a couple of the competitors listed and boy there are some hard times. Sales down profits down. ZOMX must be doing something right to grow the business in the face of others experiencing hard times.

Building and keeping the client base is in my opinion about personal relationships and business follow through. Life is 20% what happens to you and 80% how you react to it.
