Emails from people not involved in the negotiations. They have no first had knowledge, they're simply repeating something they heard and couldn't verify and they weren't in a position of authority. The other statement should be cross examined to clarify. You obviously don't want that because it would likely blow your case.

Specific example please, not your vague re-spout of Intel's talking point.

And what part of (paraphrased):

"I negotiated a deal with Intel: We will buy Intel exclusively, and Intel will give us millions"

needs clarification?

Esp. when records of the rebates Lenovo received corroborate that A) Lenovo indeed drop AMD and B) started receiving substantial rebates from Intel, at the same time C) Intel threatened to take Dell's rebates and D) give them to their competitors, and at the same time E) Dell did adopt AMD, and subsequently F) saw a significant decrease in the rebates received from Intel?

All just "hearsay", right?
