Must be the wonderful customer service premium built into the higher Dell priced model? Or the Dell website that has costly add-ons for every conceivable thing from color to warranty to basic pc functions to the ability to speak with some dude named Fred in India whose English you can't understand? Poor service, and bad attitudes eventually dooms a business.
