I cannot speak for others buying a computer, but for me, it's a major purchase and I refuse to do business with someone when I cannot understand a word they are saying.

I really wanted to buy my fourth Dell.

My first Dell featured up-to-date technology at an attractive price. My second Dell was middle-of-the road and priced no better or worse than the competition. Both machines were connected to North American based sales and service.

With my third Dell, I struggled to get past the language barrier with the initial purchase. I managed to get a machine, but "guessing what he was saying" resulted in the wrong monitor and a missing drive.

While placing the order for my fourth Dell, I gave up.

I have one more order to place. I'm selling my Dell shares, ending my 20 year connection with this company.

Bye4Now, FD.
