ORDER
A telephonic status conference was held in this matter before the undersigned on October 1, 2009. Barbara Wells participated on behalf of the plaintiff. James N. Turek participated and represented himself. The remaining defendants are corporations and have no legal counsel currently representing them in this matter, however James N. Turek is a representative of these companies. The proceeding was recorded by official court reporter, Rhonda Sansom.
IT IS ORDERED that no later than January 4, 2010, the parties shall file a joint written status report, which shall include a proposed agreed scheduling order should they wish to alter the current schedule of deadlines and case events.
